In honor of science and scientists, the Integrity Supportive Commission held the second Creation Forum in cooperation with Ahrar Party and the University of Babil to honor the Iraqi Professor Adnan Abdel Karim Al-Dhaher, the Chemist and Author who resides in Germany, he is also the father of Ahrar candidate Professor Qurtuba Al-Dhaher.

Former Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi today announced that his coalition, The Iraqi National Alliance, would be suspending their campaign in response to the barring of a number of their candidates, including Sunni lawmaker Saleh al-Mutlaq.
